Privacy Policy

Tavirena is a social beauty app built around Beauty Studio edits, Shade Preview try-on, Session Feed posts, and Profile Board history. This policy explains how Tavirena handles the photos, clips, profile details, and community actions that support those features.

Last reviewed April 30, 2026 Applies to current app build Support via support@tavirena.com

Clip audio is session-based.

Tavirena uses microphone input only while you actively record a clip for Session Feed.

Camera and photo library are request-driven.

Access is tied to avatar updates, reference-photo capture, and post or media selection that you start yourself.

Processing happens only for the result you ask for.

Selected images and edit instructions are used to return a Beauty Studio or Shade Preview output, not for identity verification.

Posts and moderation records support the feed.

Published content, reports, and hide actions are stored so Tavirena can operate Session Feed and Profile Board safely.

Microphone access is limited to clip capture.

If you record a clip for Session Feed, Tavirena accesses microphone input only while you actively capture that clip. We use the audio to create and publish the content you requested. The legal basis is your consent at capture time and our need to fulfill the service you asked us to perform.

Raw microphone capture that does not become part of a saved clip is kept only for the active session and then discarded.

We collect the details that keep your account running.

  • Account and profile details: username, avatar image, bio, login state, and the profile settings you choose to save.
  • Community content: posts, comments, likes, follow relationships, report notes, hide or restore actions, and the media attached to your posts.
  • Beauty and makeup history: locally saved Beauty Studio and Shade Preview outputs, including image references and adjustment values.
  • Device and attribution data: crash signals, coarse campaign attribution, and performance events used to understand which studio prompts or feed surfaces appear first.

Camera, photo library, and image processing stay tied to beauty workflows.

Tavirena requests camera access when you capture a reference photo for Beauty Studio, update your avatar, or draft a post. Tavirena requests photo library access when you choose an existing image, video cover, or clip for posting. The legal basis is your consent and our need to fulfill the beauty-editing and publishing actions you initiate.

When you apply Beauty Studio edits or Shade Preview changes, Tavirena sends the selected image and your requested edit instructions to an AI image-processing provider so the app can return the edited result. We use that processing only to create the effect you selected. The legal basis is contract fulfillment because the feature cannot operate without the image-processing step. Tavirena does not use these edits for identity verification or face recognition.

Before Tavirena sends a selected photo for AI processing the first time you use an AI editing feature, the app shows an in-app face-data consent notice. You must affirmatively agree before the selected photo is transmitted. If you do not agree, Tavirena does not send the photo and the AI feature does not run.

Posts, profiles, and moderation records keep the service working.

Session Feed and Profile Board rely on user-generated content. Tavirena stores your published posts, comments, and related moderation records so we can display your content, process reports, apply hide or restore decisions, and maintain community safety tools. The legal basis is contract fulfillment for feed delivery and legitimate interest for moderation and abuse prevention.

  • To create AI beauty edits and virtual makeup previews you explicitly request.
  • To publish, display, and manage posts, profile pages, likes, comments, follows, and safety actions inside Session Feed.
  • To restore local history, profile preferences, and saved beauty notes across your own device sessions.
  • To measure feature performance, diagnose crashes, and improve the order in which feed and studio prompts appear.

Each data category stays only as long as the feature needs it.

  • Unpublished microphone capture: session only.
  • Published clip audio and post media: until you delete the post or remove the account, then up to 30 days in backup rotation.
  • Profile details and saved account settings: until account deletion, then up to 30 days.
  • Selected source face photos used for AI editing: not stored on Tavirena servers for Shade Preview or Beauty Studio processing.
  • Temporary provider task data and returned image links for AI editing: up to 24 hours.
  • Temporary share files created on-device: about 30 seconds before deletion.
  • Beauty and makeup history stored on-device: until you delete the item, clear local history, remove your account, or delete the app.
  • Moderation records and report notes: up to 24 months to investigate abuse patterns.
  • Crash, performance, and attribution records: up to 90 days.

Data is shared only with service categories that keep Tavirena running.

For AI beauty edits and virtual makeup previews, Tavirena sends the selected photo and the edit settings needed to fulfill your request to Alibaba Cloud DashScope, our AI image-processing provider. That provider may process the data only to return the result Tavirena requested and must protect the data with the same or equivalent privacy and security obligations required for the service.

Tavirena may also share necessary data with these third-party service categories: cloud hosting providers, analytics and attribution providers, app infrastructure providers, and customer-support communication tools. We limit each disclosure to what is reasonably necessary for the service involved.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data by emailing support@tavirena.com with the subject line Privacy Request - Tavirena. Tavirena aims to respond within 30 days. If we need more time because the request is unusually complex, we will explain why and give you an updated response timeline.

We protect children under 13 and explain when this policy changes.

Tavirena is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal data from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will delete that data as quickly as reasonably possible.

If Tavirena makes a material privacy change, we will update this page and may also use an in-app notice before the change becomes effective. The date of the latest revision will appear with the updated policy.
