Support

Tavirena is built for beauty notes that move from private edit to shared post. These answers focus on the actual Beauty Studio, Shade Preview, Session Feed, and Profile Board flows present in the current app.

Permissions Posting and moderation Support via support@tavirena.com

Camera, microphone, and photo library are request-based.

Tavirena asks for access only when you start a capture, media pick, or clip-recording action.

Session Feed supports stills, clips, captions, and comments.

Short-post publishing and microphone use are tied to the new-post flow.

Saved edits stay grouped inside Profile Board.

Beauty history and makeup history remain close to your profile and earlier outputs.

Reporting and hide tools shape what you see next.

Tavirena stores those actions so Session Feed can respect your safety choices.

1

Why does Tavirena ask for camera access?

Tavirena uses the camera when you choose to capture a new reference photo for Beauty Studio, update your avatar, or prepare a fresh post draft. If you do not want to take a new photo, you can continue with media already saved in your library.

2

Why does Tavirena need access to my photo library?

Photo library access lets you pick a saved portrait for Beauty Studio, compare looks in Shade Preview, choose a cover image, or attach media to a Session Feed post. Tavirena only uses the items you choose inside those flows.

3

How do I post a short clip to Session Feed?

Use the new-post flow, choose the video route, record or pick a clip, then add your note before publishing. Tavirena asks for microphone access only when you record a clip so the post can keep its audio.

4

How does Beauty Studio create a retouched result?

Beauty Studio sends the photo you selected together with the edit instructions you chose, such as skin smoothing or facial balance adjustments, to Tavirena's image-processing workflow. The returned result is then saved to your local beauty history if you keep it.

5

Why does a Shade Preview or Beauty Studio result look different from my source photo?

Lighting, face angle, image sharpness, and the intensity of your chosen edit can all change the output. Tavirena's results are visual previews, not guarantees of exact real-world product color or a perfect one-to-one cosmetic finish.

6

How do I report or hide another profile from Session Feed?

Open the profile or post options menu, choose the safety action that matches what you need, then submit a report note or hide the profile. Tavirena stores that moderation action so your feed can respect the choice the next time you browse.

7

Where can I find my saved beauty or makeup history again?

Your saved results stay grouped inside your Profile Board. From there you can open beauty history, makeup history, compare earlier outputs, or remove entries that no longer need to stay on the device.

8

What should I do if my profile changes did not save?

Try saving again after confirming your username, avatar, and bio fields are complete. If the issue continues, contact support with the subject line Tavirena Profile Save Issue and mention the device model plus the step where the save failed.
