Define the core Tavirena features first.

• Beauty Studio means Tavirena's portrait retouching workflow for tone, texture, and facial detail adjustments.
• Shade Preview means Tavirena's virtual makeup workflow for lip, eye, and blush comparisons on a reference photo.
• Session Feed means the shared post stream where users publish stills, clips, captions, and comments.
• Profile Board means the profile area that holds user identity details, saved posts, and local beauty history.
• Content means the photos, clips, captions, comments, avatars, and other material you submit through Tavirena.

Use the service in the way it was built.

By accessing or using Tavirena, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use Tavirena. You must also comply with applicable laws and platform rules when using the app.

Tavirena is provided for beauty editing, virtual makeup previewing, profile management, and community sharing. You may use the service only for lawful personal or professional creative purposes that match those product paths.

Keep account details accurate and post responsibly.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile details you choose to publish and for the activity that occurs through your account on your device. If you believe your profile or saved content is being misused, contact support promptly.

When you publish to Session Feed, you confirm that you have the right to share the relevant photo, clip, text, and styling reference. You keep ownership of your Content, but you grant Tavirena a limited license to host, display, format, and distribute it inside the service so your posts, comments, and profile materials can appear where you place them.

You may not post material that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit in violation of platform rules, deceptive about identity, or abusive toward other users. Tavirena may remove Content, limit account access, or preserve moderation records when we reasonably believe such action is necessary to protect the community.

Tavirena's reporting and hide tools are for safety enforcement, not retaliation. False reporting, abusive blocking patterns, and repeated attempts to bypass moderation controls may lead to restrictions.

AI-assisted image processing has limits and restricted uses.

Beauty Studio and Shade Preview are AI-assisted features. Results may vary depending on lighting, source-image clarity, facial angle, requested intensity, and the limitations of the underlying model. Tavirena does not promise that every output will match your expectation or reproduce a physical product exactly.

You may not use Tavirena's AI image-processing features for identity verification, biometric matching, surveillance, or any purpose where an inaccurate visual result could create legal or safety harm.

You may not use Tavirena to impersonate another person, upload content that violates someone else's rights, harvest data from other profiles, automate fake engagement, submit malicious files, or attempt to reverse engineer the service in a way that disrupts normal app operation.

Intellectual property, service limits, and changes are stated together.

The Tavirena name, product copy, interface layout, and non-user materials inside the service are owned by Tavirena or its licensors. Except where these terms or applicable law allow otherwise, you may not copy or redistribute the service materials outside normal app use.

Tavirena is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect moderation decisions, or flawless AI outputs.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tavirena and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Any aggregate liability is limited to the greater of USD $9.99 or the total amount you paid to Tavirena in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Tavirena may suspend or change parts of the service for maintenance, security work, platform compliance, or product updates. We may also retire features when they no longer remain safe or practical to operate.

If Tavirena makes a material change to these terms, we will provide notice through the app or related support materials at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Tavirena is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different rule is required by the consumer laws that protect you where you live.
